Repair costs vary according to difficulty, time and parts but below is a list of average prices for repairs we do:

Most popular brands like Samsonite, Delsey, Antler, Travelpro and others supply parts for their luggage and we would stock a lot of these parts. We can order in some parts but this can take about a week on average.
Know your Warranty:
Most Luggage Brands have warranties that cover manufacturer defects. This does not cover airline damage, normal wear and tear or damage through misuse of the bag.
Estimate service
There is an estimate service available to customers seeking to claim from their travel insurance or claiming from airlines with whom we have no account. The charge for an estimate is €6.50, which we will refund if you purchase the replacement bag from our shop. Please note: estimates cannot be given without an examination of the damaged bag, i.e. you are required to bring the damaged bag into the shop for examination.
