If you have a damaged bag and have been instructed to come to Adamson Luggage, you can do so from:
10.30am - 4.30pm Monday - Saturday

Before arriving into our shop please ensure you have your damage report and any associated details with your flight (tickets, boarding pass etc). Be sure to bring them along with the damaged luggage to our premises and a member of our staff will be happy to assist you between the above working hours.

If you have been directed here in error regarding prams/buggies we recommend you get in touch with the Airline in question and they will be able to redirect you to the appropriate contact or visit any Pram store for an estimate.
